For DonutSMP spawner shops

Run your spawner shop from Discord.

Spawner Sync keeps your price board up to date, runs every deal through its own ticket and keeps known scammers out. It's free for any server.

  • Free for any server
  • Never asks for Administrator
  • Never holds your coins

The price board

A price board you never have to repost

Run /setup in a channel and the bot posts your board. When the price changes, it edits that same message, in every server running it, at the same moment.

  • /price gives the same number anywhere, even in a DM with the bot.
  • A change shows what the old price was, on the side that moved.
  • Every board is checked every 15 minutes and fixed if something drifted.

Tickets

Every deal gets its own ticket

Customers press Buy or Sell and a private channel opens. From then on the buttons only offer the next step, and the customer's step always comes before yours, so your shop never goes first.

  1. Customer

    Opens a ticket

Picks buy or sell and types how many spawners.

  2. Staff

    Sends a quote

The bot does the maths from the current price.

  3. Customer

    Accepts and goes first

Pays when buying, hands the spawners over when selling.

  4. Staff

    Delivers their side

Spawners or money, whichever is owed. The customer confirms it arrived and the ticket closes with a receipt.

And the rest

What else it does

Setup

Three commands to get going

Add the bot, then run these in order. Each one needs Manage Server.

  1. /setupchannel #spawner-prices

    Post the live board

One board in that channel, edited in place from then on. Run it again and the old board is deleted first, so it never spams.

  2. /settingspanel

    Set up the trading desk

Staff role, ticket categories, transcript log, reports, vouches, scammer role, and which rank handles which size. Pick a setting, pick the role or channel, done.

  3. /ticketpanel

    Open the doors

The Buy and Sell panel your members press. It lists who handles each size, and redraws itself whenever you change a setting.

Stuck? /debug checks permissions, every panel, every configured channel and role, and the role order. It fixes what it can and tells you exactly what it can't.

Never Administrator. The board needs View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History and Use External Emoji. Tickets add Manage Channels, Manage Roles and Manage Messages.

Questions

What people ask us

Anything else, DM the bot. A real person reads every message.

Is it free?

Yes, completely: the price board, tickets, the scammer list, renders, all of it. Premium is optional, and only adds extras like your own prices and branding.

Is it safe to add?

The bot never holds your coins or spawners: every trade happens in game, between the customer and that server's staff. It never asks for Administrator either, only the permissions it actually uses. What it adds is a record: every step ticked and timestamped, transcripts, receipts, and vouches tied to real trades.

Where do the prices come from?

The Spawner Sync team sets them directly, through an admin panel. When they change, every board in every server updates at the same moment. Premium shops can set their own with /shopprices, so a shop's board can differ.

Does it work on other Minecraft servers?

Any Discord server can add it. It's built around DonutSMP, so the prices are DonutSMP spawner prices. /render and /craft work for any Minecraft build.

What if a deal goes wrong?

If the deal is still open in a ticket, press Something is wrong: it freezes the trade, marks the ticket priority and pages staff at the exact step it stopped. If the ticket is already closed, run /report in that server with screenshots.

How do I get someone off the scammer list?

Appeals for the shared list go through our server: open a ticket with your Discord ID, your in-game name and anything that shows your side. If it was a mistake, you come off the list. A blacklist in one server is that server's call.

Is there a dashboard?

No, on purpose. Everything lives in Discord: /settingspanel holds every setting, and /help explains the rest.

Who made it?

Joystiick made Spawner Sync and codes all of it. _game_in_pro co-owns it alongside Joystiick. DMs to the bot land in their inbox, and a real person reads every one.

Add it to your server

It's free, it never asks for Administrator, and setup is three commands.
